TCGDrive aggregates public marketplace pricing data. We try to collect as little about you as possible. This policy explains what we do collect, why, and what rights you have.

What we collect

• Usage data: pages viewed, search queries, and feature interactions.
• Device data: IP address, browser, and operating system.
• Cookies: used to keep sessions working and measure aggregate traffic. Control them in your browser.

How we use it

To run and improve the service, debug issues, prevent abuse, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us operate TCGDrive (hosting, analytics, error tracking), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Clicking out to eBay or TCGPlayer sends you to their sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your information, and to withdraw consent. Email us to exercise any of these — we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and only keep data for as long as it is useful for the purposes above. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

TCGDrive is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where required, notify you.
